"This kit contains 12 clipping masks. You can use these clipping masks to turn any pattern paper that you have into a scalloped page. They have been designed in CS3 - the way you would use them is to place them underneath your patterned paper layer. With the patterned paper layer active in the layers palette, right click on it and choose'create clipping mask'. The paper will conform to the shape of the mask in the layer below. They will also work in photoshop elements, however the way to apply the mask is slightly different for the various versions, so refer to the help menu for clipping masks."
I have used this twice so far on THIS layout using the circle scalloped clipmask and on THIS layout using the bracket clipmask.
